How to Enroll

Enrolling into an AveraAdvantage healthcare plan is simple and convenient.  You have three options to enroll: 

1. Beginning November 15, 2007, you can enroll online through this secure website.  
2. Talk to an AveraAdvantage licensed broker or agent and enroll through a paper application.
3. Call an AveraAdvantage Member Service Representative and enroll over the phone.

Online Enrollment

Enrolling online is safe, secure, and convenient.  Simply follow these steps to get started.

1. Select the state and county in which you live.  Learn about the AveraAdvantage plans available in your area.
2. Compare plan options and benefits. 
3. Once you decide which AveraAdvantage plan best meets your healthcare needs, click the enroll button and fill out the enrollment application.
4. Once your online enrollment form is complete, click ‘Submit’ and AveraAdvantage will begin to process your enrollment application.
