Land Exercise Class Description
Aerobic Circuit
A mixture of cardio (using Rebounder, Bosu, Step, Kickboxing, or Hi/Lo) and strength exercises.
Bosu Circuit Challenge
This class in arranged in stations alternating cardio and strength activities. Bosu will be used.
Bosu/Powerflex
This class will combine balance training with the Bosu with total body weight lifting.
Bosu/Step Combo
Integrate balance training using the Bosu with high intensity step moves.
Cardio/Powerflex
A combo class w/cardio (using Rebounder, Bosu, Step, kickboxing or hi/low)& weight lifting.
Cardio/Powerflex/Core Control
Cardio/Powerflex with additional core strength exercises.
Circuit Challenge Cardio
moves alternating with strength moves. This class is held on the fitness floor.
Kick N' Step
This class will incorporate some basic kickboxing drills with high energy step moves.
Lite-N-Low
Aerobic, strength and flexibility exercises for beginners and the active older adult
Power Pacing
This group cycling class is for all levels of fitness. Make sure to sign up at the front desk up to two days ahead of time and bring a water bottle!
Powerflex Total Body
weight training workout geared toward all fitness levels.
Senior Circuit Strength & cardiovascular
workout for mature adults using fun exercise stations.
Sports Conditioning
Combining sport, interval, and strength segments.
Step Circuit
A combination of step and strength exercises.
Total Body Conditioning
This class involves various cardio moves & powerful strength exercises.
Total Cardio
A total cardio workout using a variety of cardio equipment (rebounder, bosu, step, hi/low or kickboxing. This class will totally challenge and drive you to the end!
