What services are provided during my Avera Executive Health visit?

• Comprehensive physical examination with physician, in which family history, risk factors and individual health concerns are addressed
• Lab tests:
  - Comprehensive Blood Counts
  - Urinalysis
  - Complete Metabolic Panel
  - Cholesterol
  - Thyroid Function
  - Hemoglobin A1C (Diabetes)
• EKG
• Gender Specific Tests:
  • Women
    - Pap Smear for Women (as indicated)
    - Mammogram (as indicated)
    - Bone Density (for women age 50+)
  • Men
    - Prostate Exam (for men age 50+)
• Fitness Assessment
• Nutrition Consultation
• Stress Management/Mind Body Profile Consultation
• One-hour Massage
• Additional testing may be necessary based on health history, such as:
  - Chest X-ray
  - Stress Test
  - Pulmonary Function Tests
  - Audiology (hearing) Test
• Other services are available, including:
  • Longevity consultation
    Medically-based, holistic approach to helping people look and feel younger by focusing on the three most important factors in aging and health; hormones, exercise and nutrition.
  • Midlife Care for Women Consultation
    Individualized hormone consultations and baseline testing for women expressing symptoms of hormone transition and imbalance.
