How Do I find Your Clinic?

We are located at the South end of Sioux Falls one block East of the 69th St. and Minnesota Ave intersection.

  • If you are in Sioux Falls , drive to Minnesota Ave and travel South until you reach 69th St. Turn left at 69th.
  • If you are coming from outside of Sioux Falls, take I229 until you reach the Minnesota Ave exit. Travel South on Minnesota Ave until you reach 69th St - then turn left. We are on the left side of the road.
  • If you are coming from outside of Sioux Falls from the North or South using I29, take the Southern I229 junction and travel East until you reach the Minnesota Ave exit on I229. Turn right to travel South on Minnesota Ave until you reach 69th St - then turn left. We are on the left side of the road.
