Our case management services are provided by a nurse case manager who will manage every aspect of your case from admission through discharge. Here are some of services the manager provides:

• Obtain medical history and treatment recommendations from physicians
• Discuss insurance coverage with insurance carriers
• Coordinate/facilitate team conferences with therapists, patients, physicians and insurance representatives
