- Do you smoke?
- Have you ever been diagnosed with hypertension?
- Have you ever been diagnosed with elevated lipid levels (high cholesterol)?
- Do you experience pain or cramps in the legs at night or while sitting or standing?
- Do you experience pain or aching in the buttocks occurring only when walking or exercising?
- Do you experience pain or aching in the calf (the back of the lower leg) occurring only when walking or exercising and relieved when standing or sitting?
- Do you have an ulcer or open sore on or between toes that will not heal?
- Do you experience thumping sensations in the abdomen?
