Thrombolytic Therapy Program
This program provides for an exchange system with hospitals, ensuring constant availability of intravenous thrombolytic drugs for use in interrupting an acute myocardial infarction and improving patient outcomes.

Avera McKennan offers the region’s finest facilities for cardiovascular surgery, with technologies, capabilities and outcomes second to none. Our services in this area include all types of open heart surgery, surgery of the aorta and vena cava and corrective surgeries.
Pacemaker Monitoring
This system is designed to provide the physician and other healthcare professionals an analysis of the patient’s pacemaker function. Each patient receives a transmitter at the time of enrollment, making 24-hour communication with the Teletrace Center possible from any location by telephone.
