It all began with the kickoff on Thursday, April 30th at 5 pm, at the clinic in the Family Practice waiting room, second level. Each team member got a Free Weight Challenge T-Shirt, record taken of height, weight, blood pressure, body mass index, non-fasting lipid and blood glucose. Download a list of teams »
