Valet Service

The Avera Worthington Specialty Clinic offers valet service to our patients at no charge. To access the valet service, drive around to the rear of the clinic and park your vehicle under the canopy. A valet will then help you with wheelchairs or other special needs. Once inside, the valet will tag your keys and give you a matching ticket. Hold on to this ticket. When you return for your vehicle, the valet will use your ticket to identify your keys, and will retrieve your vehicle for you.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are provided for your use while in the Avera Worthington Specialty Clinic. Please ask at the Central Registration desk or ask your valet.

Interpreters

If it is necessary, the patient may bring a language interpreter to help communicate with their provider. If the patient cannot arrange for an interpreter, we will make arrangements so that one is present for the appointment, or the provider will use the AT&T Language Line. These services are provided at no cost to the patient.

Holidays

The clinic will be closed for the following holidays so that our staff may enjoy the time with family.

  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Smoking

For health reasons, smoking is not permitted in our facility.
