Vision

Our vision is to develop an integrated network of primary care physicians who can act in a leadership role to ensure the provision of high quality, cost effective health care for a defined population.

We will achieve this vision by identifying and establishing partnerships with key primary care physician groups throughout the region; supporting these partnerships with information and management systems to actively manage cost and quality; networking with hospitals, specialty physician providers and payors to ensure that a broad array of services is available to meet the full range of needs.
