Position:          EMT (ongoing need)
Status:            On Call
Hours of Duty:  Rotating shifts with weekend and holiday involvement

Performs basic life support service and makes emergency response calls in accordance with the established Minnesota Department of Health Standards. Serves as either patient attendant or driver of the emergency vehicle.

Position:          Pharmacist
Status:            Casual (no guarantee of hours)
Hours of Duty:  Primarily day hours with flexibility to participate with occasional evening
                      and weekend needs in the absence of the full-time pharmacist.

This position fulfills the daily provision of pharmaceutical care including but not limited to: dispensing of medications to the inpatients and outpatients of Tyler Healthcare Center including procurement of phamaceutics under the directions of the pharmacy manager. Maintains confidentiality when dealing with all customers. Must be flexible and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Performs duties in a manner consistent with safety principles and regulatory requirements. Coordinates work flow with other team members to ensure a productive and efficient environment. Must be a registered pharmacist in the State of Minnesota.

Position:          Radiology Technologist
Status:            Casual
Hours of Duty:  Coverage of call hours for one weekend per month,
                      miscellaneous coverage as needed

Performs radiographic examinations under the supervision of the department manager and the Radiologist. Performs the examinations ordered. Formal training in the study of Radiologic Technology from an approved program. Experience in radiologic technology is preferred. Experience in other modalities (specifically CT scans) is preferred. This technologist will be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or be board eligible, or certified x-ray tech and maintain registry.

Position:          Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care
Status:            Part-time
Hours of Duty:  Evening/Nights - 8-hour shifts -- All positions involve weekend and
                      holiday rotation

Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of the resident. Dispensing of medication to all nursing home residents as prescribed. Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Minnesota. One year of experience in nursing preferred. This is a benefit eligible position.
