Ashton Care Center

The Ashton Care Center is a 43-bed Medicare/Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility associated with the Pipestone Medical Center.  We provide skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services to people throughout the region.

At the Ashton Care Center, our experienced, dedicated staff ensured that each resident enjoys an environment of caring, warmth and dignity.  Our association with Avera Health and the Pipestone County Medical Center means high quality medical services are available to residents at all times.
