Avera Gregory Healthcare Center is located in Gregory, South Dakota and is supported by five physicians, two nurse practitioners and a physician's assistant. Avera Gregory Healthcare Center is owned by Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center and has been affiliated with Avera Health since February 1997.
Services provided at the Avera Gregory Healthcare Center focuses on family medicine including obstetrics, endoscopy, colonoscopy, minor surgery, geriatrics including a full range of nursing home services, sport physicals, wellness counseling, radiology and lab, specialty clinics with visiting physicians, pediatrics, MRI, CT, dexascan ultrasound, and home health.
Local attractions include world class fishing, excellent pheasant and deer hunting as well as other wild game. The community boasts a golf course, excellent school system, small town family atmosphere and values, an array of hunting services, and a variety of retail stores. Churches include Lutheran, Southern Baptist, Catholic, Methodist, Congregational, Episcopal, Berean Fundamental, Assembly of God, and Jehovah Witness. The community boasts a strong local hospital and skilled long term care setting.

Do you need the help of a nurse or home health aide when you go home? Or will you require some time in a nursing facility? Our Care Coordinator will help you plan, and access community resources as you prepare to leave the hospital.
Laboratory Services
Licensed and certified by the South Dakota Department of Health, our laboratory efficiently provides accurate, quality assurance-tested results for physicians to use in diagnosis and treatment of their patients.
Surgical Services
Our skilled, competent surgeons and support staff provide high quality surgical care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings. This includes pre-operative exams and follow-up care. We have expertise in general surgery, gynecology, neurology, urology, and orthopedic surgery.
