Services

Residents can enjoy weekly housekeeping, weekly linen service, social and recreational events and programs, scheduled transportation, community outings, and 3 meals-per-day provided. There is 24-hour nursing care staff available to assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, ambulating, toileting, transferring, medication management, housekeeping and much more.

Features

Park Place Estates, affiliated with Floyd Valley Hospital, is the first assisted living complex in Plymouth County. The complex is a two-story, 30 apartment building located within walking distance of Floyd Valley Hospital and Medical Associates, P.C in Le Mars. Other services available on campus for Park Place Estates residents are: 24-hour nursing staff, home health services, home medical services, dietician, lab services, nursing consultations, Prime Time Health Network participation, and a strong Activity Program. Park Place Estates is accredited by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals and proudly boasts deficiency-free inspections for the past 4 years.

Special or Unique Equipment

There are microwaves and refrigerators provided in each apartment, room service is available when ill, private mailboxes, private dining room, a whirlpool, and a licensed beauty salon located on site.  There is a guest room avaialble for overnight guests.
