Avera McKennan Hospice Services

Avera McKennan's Home Hospice and Palliative Care program is located in the Dougherty Hospice House. Through this program, we provide hospice services in a variety of settings including the patient’s home, nursing facilities and assisted living facilities.

Initial referrals are accepted from the physician, social worker, nurse, family, patient or other participants in the patient’s care.
