Avera McKennan Fitness Center Discounts
The Avera McKennan Fitness Center offers a 50% discount on the cost of the initial health assessment when joining the Center. The full cost is $100, so this is a substantial savings for you.

Insurance Discounts
Assistance in completing and submitting insurance and Medicare forms is available.

• PrestigePLUS members receive a discount off the annual fee. Call (605) 322-6444 between 8 AM and 4:30 PM weekdays for information or to make an appointment.
• PrestigePLUS members are eligible for a group discount when purchasing Long Term Care Insurance coverage.

Prescription Discount Card
Free Catalyst Scripts/PreScript discount prescription cards. The card may be used at participating pharmacies and the Avera McKennan Campus Pharmacy located on the ground floor of Avera McKennan's main hospital building. The Campus Pharmacy also provides mail order services. Get your card today and receive the lowest cost on prescription medications by calling (605) 322-7959. Your card will be mailed within three to four weeks.

Food Discount
Get free dispensed beverages and a 10% discount on food purchases at the Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center Cafeteria.

Lifeline System Discount
Receive a set-up fee discount on the Lifeline Personal Emergency Response System. For contact information or to have Lifeline installed in your home call (605) 322-1881.

Home Medical Equipment Discount
Avera Home Medical Equipment provides a wide variety of home care equipment and supplies. For cash sales only, PrestigePLUS members will receive a 10% discount, with a limit of $300 per item.

Vision Care Discount
With the Catalyst Preferred Vision Care card, you can purchase prescription eyewear at significant discounts from participating providers. The vision plan card is available for $19.95 per household for a two-year period.

Optometric Clinic Discount
Members get a 20% discount on all frames, lenses and supplies (disposable contact lenses not included) at any Optometric Clinic in Sioux Falls. The standard exam and contact lens exam are also discounted. Optometric Clinic has two locations: 37th St. & Main Ave. and 208 S. Main Ave.
