Avera McKennan Signs Agreement to Purchase Additional One-Third Interest in Avera Heart Hospital
Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center announced today that it has reached a definitive agreement with MedCath to purchase its interest in the Avera Heart Hospital. The transaction is expected to be complete by September 30, 2010.
